I really like the buffett, beds comfort, tranquility, environment, etc.

- Bathroom wasn't thoroughly clean. - bath towels weren't not thorough clean.

Elegant building and rooms with 2 beds. Their service was fantastic. No charge for wake up service and ironing too. Marvellous location for Nuevo Laredo, right by the restaurant and the stores. Also, in general everything at well level.

The location of the hotel was great - Reform Mall was close by. It was also conveniently situated near restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, industrial parks, banks, ATMs. The room with two beds was enjoyable, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable.

The hotel was fancy and perfectly fine. the food was great. the staff was amicable and offered fantastic services. the location was particularly good and marvelous, with Reform Mall within walking distance. It was conveniently close to main restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, industrial parks, banks, ATMs.

The breakfast at Real Inn was absolutely incredible, especially on Sundays. The room I stayed in was extremely spacious and had three large windows that provided a fantastic view. The shower had a great stream of water, and the housekeeping service was excellent. The hotel staff at the counter were very efficient, and the restaurant staff made me feel pampered. The pool, although not large enough, was still enjoyable and had comfortable seating areas. I also appreciated the privacy I had while exploring the hotel. I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I did encounter a couple of minor issues during my stay. the water from the bathroom tap was initially orange, but running it for a while cleared it up.
