Lighting in rooms could be brighter!!! Gym equipment feels outdated!!! Common areas lack air conditioning, not very comfortable!!!

The stay was fantastic with the kids loving the clean rooms and fresh towels every day. We enjoyed chilling by the beautiful pool and the lovely garden area that made for a perfect escape. The only drawback was the lobby being a bit too warm, but it didn’t take away from our great time! 😊

Comfortable bed in a spacious room.

The service was absolutely abysmal, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping guests. My key card didn't work, and even after explaining the issue multiple times, it took forever for maintenance to come and fix it. To make matters worse, we were abruptly denied breakfast that was supposed to be included. We couldn't even finish our food—they just stood there and made us leave the table.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff

The deluxe two beds room was clean and equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and private bathroom. The gym had some older fitness equipment but the outdoor pool was a nice touch with sun loungers to relax. Safety felt good, and I could see my car from my window.

The hotel has potential with a nice location and good cleaning service, but the rooms are in need of updating, and there were issues like not having breakfast as promised. The front desk staff weren't helpful during my stay, which was disappointing.

I appreciated the cleanliness of our room, with fresh towels replaced each day, making it feel like a home away from home. The shower was a highlight, powerful and refreshing after a long day. Additionally, the location was very convenient, just a short drive to popular attractions.

Great hotel with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a relaxing bar area. The staff helped me with a local taxi when I first stayed. I’m coming back next year!

the real inn has a great location, super close to the border for easy crossing. the staff were amazing, especially the cleaning lady who was so sweet. my room was always clean, and i loved how fresh the towels were every day. the shower in my deluxe superior two beds room was fantastic!
